作为加拿大教育系统的一名领导,她曾负责一个大学区中的60多所学校、1400名教职工和20000多名学生的教育领导管理工作。而她所负责的具体区域在所在省份的教学领域发展最为迅速。
她有着大量与中国、埃及、阿拉伯联合酋长国、科威特和加拿大的合作伙伴发展新学校的工作经验。Gaye还曾担任政府部门主任,负责检查及认证私立学校。作为一名高级教育领导,她负责学术课程服务(课程、评估、学生服务)及非学术类学校管理。
Geraldine is originally from the Philippines. She completed her master’s degree in psychology with a concentration in education from Walden University. Also, she holds a postgraduate certificate in special education. Geraldine brings over 19 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership as a program coordinator for the Rainbow Project in Hong Kong Academy and Sunshine House Preparatory School, as well as the program director for the Rainbow Model Center for children with autism and related developmental delays. During her time in Beijing, she serves as a consultant for learning support teams in various international schools, including MSB. Geraldine specializes in developing and delivering curriculum to enhance students’ knowledge base and ability to utilize knowledge in a real-world environment. Her previous role as MSB’s Head of Learning Support department allowed her to build a strong rapport with students and colleagues based on knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. Geraldine is highly lauded for her attention to detail, adherence to standards, and expert technical background. Her passion lies in sharing her knowledge and skills in the fields of special education and developmental psychology to other teachers and parents through workshops and conferences in China and across Asia. Geraldine has been at MSB for five years. While not at MSB, Geraldine enjoys reading books and traveling.
As MSB IT Manager, Nick is in charge of all technological issues about computer, printer, system, program, network and cooperates with teachers to make IT plan for students. He also trains teachers with efficient work program or system. He has been with MSB for 7 years.
Originally from Albania, Xhilda has lived in Beijing since 2000. Her first Master of Science is in Social Work from Tirana University Albania. She has completed her second master's in Global Elementary Education with the University of New Jersey USA. She also holds a graduate certificate in Elementary Education from The College of New Jersey, USA, together with her International Montessori Teaching Diploma from the North American Montessori Center, Canada. Xhilda brings over 25 years of experience in education. She has been part of the MSB community for eight years.
May Tong is originally from Anhui Province, China. She has a bachelor's degree in teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language from Beijing Language and Culture University. May earned her American Montessori Society (AMS) credentials in 2004 and is an experienced intern advisor.
May is a long-serving member of the MSB faculty, with 21 years of service. During this time, May has made valuable contributions to the development of the Montessori Chinese cultural studies curriculum at MSB.
May is committed to creating a warm Montessori environment founded in respect, equality, and friendship, in which children can explore and innovate with autonomy thus stimulating their innate love of learning. May believes that intentional social-emotional learning will assist in cultivating children's independence, self-confidence, and foundational learning skills, setting each child up for success.
Sherry is originally from Dalian, China. She has a bachelor's degree in teaching Chinese as a second language from Beijing Language and Culture University, as well as a post-graduate certificate in child psychology from the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Sherry earned her American Montessori Society Early Childhood credentials from the Northeast Montessori Institute and her AMS Elementary credentials from the Seacoast Center in New Hampshire, USA. Sherry is a long-serving member of MSB with 20 years at school. One of her most significant accomplishments was to open and teach the first elementary dual Language class as the Chinese lead teacher. Over the years she has taught intensive Chinese, held the role of elementary Chinese Coordinator, and is now the Elementary Division Head.
Alice is originally from China. She is the head of our Elementary and Middle/High School Chinese program. In addition, she is the developer of those two programs. She completed her master’s in education degree from Monash University in Australia. She is a fully trained elementary Montessori teacher. She is a long-serving member of MSB with 26 years at the school. She loves teaching and enjoys being around children. She also loves to spend time with her dog Teddy. They take walks together in the morning and in the evening.

Charles is originally from France. He earned his certification in sports education from IREPS Bordeaux. Charles has over 35 years’ experience. Charles teaches the Grades 3-6 music and is the head curator of the annual Winter Show extravaganza show held in December. He is a long serving member of MSB with 21 years at the school. His passion is enjoying life. While not at MSB, Charles still enjoys life.
Jaime is originally from Spain. He got his bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Seville. He has over 10 years' experience in education. Jaime has taught in Spain, Morocco, and Hong Kong. He is the head curator of the annual Art Show held in May that showcases individual and group projects. The group projects are auctioned to raise money for charity. Jaime is passionate about music and art, of course. Jaime has been at MSB for eight years. While not at MSB, Jaime enjoys getting lost in town just hunting for art exhibitions and other different types of events.
