MSB must receive written notice of a student’s withdrawal from school. All refunds will be processed according to the rules outlined in MSB’s Refund Policy:
- The Refund Policy is applicable for annual school fee payments only.
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with the withdrawal deadlines outlined in the table above.
- All issued Fapiaos/receipts should be returned to the school before a refund can be processed.
- Refunds can only be issued after the student has left the school.
Tuition Fee and Placement Deposit Refunds 学费及学位保证金的退还
Tuition fee refunds will be calculated on a term-basis according to the withdrawal notification deadlines outlined in the table above. No refund will be issued for any term in which the student was in attendance. Autumn term tuition fees are not refundable after September 1, 2020. No tuition refunds will be issued after January 1, 2021.
The Placement Deposit will be refunded based on the withdrawal deadlines above. A full refund will only be issued if there are no outstanding tuition, lunch, bus and school material fees.
Additional Support Program Fee Refunds 额外学习辅导费用的退还
Additional Support Program fees (such as IEP or LS) for students who withdraw from MSB will be refunded in accordance with the Withdrawal and Refund schedule above.
